These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website allwrar.nexsites.org and any successor domain operated by All Weather Restoration LLC ("AllWrar," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Website Purpose

The site is an informational and lead-generation resource for our roofing and gutter services in Central Texas. Submitting a form does not create a contract to perform work. All project work is performed under a separate signed agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access, (b) submit false or misleading information, (c) use automated means to scrape, (d) interfere with the operation of the site.

Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate or quote provided via the site or a follow-up conversation is preliminary and subject to on-site inspection, change in material or labor costs, and final written agreement. A separate signed contract governs any actual work.

Insurance Claims

When you request help with a roofing-related insurance claim, we will inspect the property, document damage, and provide a repair estimate we can present to you and, with your authorization, to your insurance adjuster. We do not act as a public adjuster, negotiate the value of your claim, or advise you on your insurance policy. Those services require a license under Texas Insurance Code Chapter 4102, which we do not hold or hold out as holding.

Intellectual Property

The site's text, graphics, logos, photos, and code are owned by AllWrar or our licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and print material for personal, non-commercial use only.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. All content is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for a professional in-person inspection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllWrar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hays County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Your continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
